 Distant Edge, L.L.C. is a privately held Nevada company, which was established to buy and sell land, making local building partners in the areas we identify as having the greatest potential for growth, in selected areas of this great country. Our goal is to make inroads into new areas and purchase land to be used as inventory, with an eye towards possible development in the future (Towards the Distant Edge). Started in 2004, Distant Edge has purchased land in Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, and Virginia, and are constantly in negotiations for more acquisitions other states.
